What You Will Do
- Provide in-person safety and security around-the-clock.
- Mentor and develop the physical, personal, and health needs of each youth.
- Support the youth’s needs through a supportive atmosphere.
- Monitor and document behaviors and activities.
- Participate and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
- Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
- Meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License.

Schedule
- Full-Time Night Shift: 7pm – 8am (12-hour shift *1 hour break *)
- Part Time Schedules Available:
- Sunday through Tuesday, 11PM to 7AM
- Wednesday through Friday, 11PM to 7AM
- Thursday through Saturday, 11PM to 7AM
Pay
$17.75 - $18.82 per hour based on education and experience.
