What You Will Do
- Provide in-person safety and security around-the-clock.
- Mentor and develop the physical, personal, and health needs of each youth.
- Create a supportive environment for the youth’s needs.
- Monitor and document behaviors and activities.
- Participate and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.
- Build teamwork, accountability, and conflict resolution skills.
- Encourage peer interaction and community living.
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior experience is a PLUS, but not required.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
- Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.

Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $17.75 - $18.82 per hour based on education and experience.
- Full-Time Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.
- Full-Time and Part-Time Available.
