(INTAKE) DIRECT JUVENILE SUPPORT WORKER

What You Will Do

• Provide in-person safety and security around-the-clock.
• Mentor and develop the physical, personal, and health needs of each youth.
• Create a supportive environment for the youth’s needs.
• Monitor and document behaviors and activities.
• Participate and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.
• Work directly on the Intake & Assessment Unit.

Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
• Meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License.

Schedule

• 4 days on/3 off – 3 days on/4 off.
• 3 days on/4 off – 4 days on/3 off.
• Day Shift: 7am – 8pm (12-hour shift *1 hour break *)

Pay

$17.75 - $18.82 per hour based on education and experience.
