Inside Technical Sales

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via email and phone in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Enter customer orders, answer technical questions, resolve discrepancies, and generate sales quotations.
• Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate, and highly productive manner according to Company policy.
• Maintain good attendance. Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned by the company.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Technical Knowledge of trailer parts preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Office software primarily word & excel
