About the role

The Technical Support Center (TSC) Engineer serves as the technical backbone of the company's sales process. This entry- to early-career role is ideal for a technically minded new graduate or early professional who is passionate about motion control, industrial automation, and customer problem-solving.

The TSC Engineer works alongside Regional Sales Managers and customers to select the right gearbox solutions, resolve technical inquiries, and deliver product training—making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate gearbox solutions for customer applications
• Resolve technical inquiries from customers and sales teams
• Deliver product training to customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to support sales processes
