At DogiZone, we provide exceptional care and services for dogs and their pet parents, and we’re looking for motivated, people-focused sales professionals to help us continue to grow.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, tour prospective clients and their pets, promote our unique services, book reservations, support account management, and drive client retention.
• Represent DogiZone’s high standards of care across all services, including overnight lodging, daycare, bathing, training, concierge transportation, and additional offerings.
• Support front desk and receptionist-related duties as needed, such as greeting clients, assisting with check-in and check-out, recommending products in our DogiMarket, and providing general front desk support.
• Represent DogiZone as a phone-driven, goal-oriented role that follows established sales scripts and processes to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Drive client retention and build relationships through professional, positive, and team-oriented communication.

Requirements

• Inside sales, reservation, or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Front desk or receptionist experience is a plus.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Willingness to follow sales scripts, call flows, and established processes.
• Motivated by measurable goals, metrics, and performance-based incentives.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and CRM systems.

Pay

$20.00–$22.00 per hour + commission, bonuses, and performance incentives.

Schedule

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Holidays as needed
