Inside Sales Manager-Digital & Outbound - Sioux Falls, SD

About the role

As the Inside Sales Digital & Outbound Manager, you will lead the teams responsible for driving digital and outbound sales performance to support Midco's revenue growth objectives. You will develop and execute strategies that maximize customer acquisition and conversion opportunities across product lines while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for coaching, developing, and empowering team members to achieve individual and team sales goals. You will use data, insights, and cross-functional partnerships to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a digital and outbound sales team capable of carrying out the essential elements of Midco's strategy, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Execute successful residential digital and outbound sales strategies that drive customer growth, revenue, and retention.
• Set and communicate clear daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and objectives; monitor progress and drive accountability for results.
• Create and maintain a positive, high-performing work environment that promotes engagement, collaboration, and sales excellence.
• Drive accountability for lead management, pipeline activity, conversion rates, sales productivity, and overall revenue performance.
• Analyze sales performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
• Produce accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and business analyses as requested.
• Partner effectively with Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and other departments to enhance sales opportunities and resolve escalated issues.
• Recognize and celebrate individual and team contributions to foster a culture of engagement, achievement, and continuous improvement.
