About the role

We are seeking an Inside Sales II to join our team. This position is responsible for generating leads and closing sales through outbound calling and email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through targeted outreach and follow-up
• Close sales through effective communication and relationship building
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
