Inside Sales Customer Service Representative
About the role
As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service employee, you will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers via email, telephone, in‑person, and at their place of business, building long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long‑term clients. You will receive full training in sales and materials knowledge, work in a judgment‑free environment where asking for help is encouraged, and have an open avenue to discuss management opportunities one‑on‑one. You will directly interact with customers to solve their problems, sell a tangible product fabricated at our Cleveland production facility, and receive appreciation for saving the day. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee; applications go directly to the franchisee and hiring decisions are made by its management.

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
