Inside Sales Customer Service Representative

About the role

• Serve as the initial contact with current and prospective customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
• Engage with the growing signage industry, focusing on wide format signage that is becoming more affordable and accessible.
• Receive full training in sales and materials knowledge.
• Work in a judgment‑free environment where employees are encouraged to learn and ask for help.
• Have an open avenue to management to discuss opportunities and challenges one‑on‑one.
• Interact directly with customers to solve their problems.
• Sell a tangible product fabricated at the Cleveland production facility, hand it to the customer, and receive appreciation for saving the day.

Requirements
