Inside sales-Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Identify customer needs and prepare accurate sales/rental quotes.
• Follow up on open quotes and maintain detailed customer notes.
• Convert quotes into complete orders and verify all details before processing.
• Submit sales orders to purchasing and route rental orders for fulfillment.
• Maintain customer information and communication history in CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Check-in/Check-out, Shipping, and Rental teams.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma with some college preferred.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service, especially in industrial or oil & gas sectors, is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting/standing for long periods.
• Frequent phone and computer use.
• Walking between departments.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Working closely with team members in a shared workspace.
