Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Taking orders from customers over the phone
- Giving status of previous orders
- Preparing quotations and bids
- Computer entry
- Purchasing of non-stock items and backorders
- Cordination of sales orders
- Providing professional customer service to customers
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- One or two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both is preferred
- Demonstrate trade experience and knowledge of mechanical and industrial piping applications
- Able to project professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Motivated team player who takes initiative

Monday - Friday, day shift
