About the role

Inside Sales Representative at Sunstate Equipment Co., where safety and people are core values. Typical schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 am – 4 pm (overtime eligible). Location: Apache Junction. Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case‑by‑case basis.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document all incoming telephone calls to assist customers with rental needs, including customers, outside sales, vendors, Sunstate administrative personnel, and all other inquiries
• Perform all routine rental transactions: create rental reservations, schedule equipment pick‑up, create rental quotes, and may process returned driver orders
