Help keep our customers running by making sure the details are handled right. Summers Rubber Company, a trusted leader in industrial hose and rubber solutions since 1949, is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide product recommendations and technical support
• Process sales orders and quotes accurately
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Collaborate with vendors to source materials and resolve issues
• Stay up to date on product lines, pricing, and availability

Qualifications

• Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or a technical sales environment (industrial or hose industry a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable with computer systems, including order entry and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent (college or technical training preferred)
