About the role

At Perfection Servo, a subsidiary of SunSource, we offer global service, repair, and remanufacturing services for electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and mechanical components across various industries. Our primary function includes sourcing costs for new and repair pricing, informing customers of unit prices, shipping dates, and anticipated delays, and preparing detailed quotes. We also follow up on quotes to secure customer approval, coordinate with production or shipping teams to resolve shipment issues, handle customer complaints, manage file documentation, prepare reports for customers or management, and ensure compliance with equal opportunity employment practices.

Responsibilities

- Source costs for new and repair pricing. - Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, and delays. - Prepare and follow up on quotes to obtain customer approval. - Coordinate with production or shipping to expedite or trace shipments. - Handle customer complaints and file documentation. - Prepare various reports for customers or management. - Ensure compliance with equal opportunity employment policies.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in electronic, hydraulic, robotic, servo, and mechanical component repair. - Experience in customer service and complaint handling. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Familiarity with industry-standard pricing and shipping processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
