About the role

Gulfeagle Supply is seeking an Inside Sales representative who is passionate about building relationships and serving customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and enjoy working with both existing and potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Territory Manager and Branch Manager to ensure high-quality building products are provided to customers.
  • Strive to deliver excellent customer service and accurately process various types of customer orders and sales.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new buyers and maintain long-lasting relationships.
  • Price quote and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Handle cash transactions and manage credit functions.
  • Operate a PC and related software, and multitask to meet company timelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Meet expectations set by the Branch Manager and budget.
  • Show market awareness and initiative.
  • Have professional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Quickly learn and retain knowledge about new products, systems, and specialties.
  • Provide support and product information to the Territory Manager as needed.
  • Display a positive and approachable demeanor for all customers and vendors.
  • Be responsive to inquiries and willing to assist.
  • Have aptitude for developing counter and winning sales strategies.
  • Experience in inside sales, particularly in the related industry.
  • Preferred skills: Bilingual (Spanish and English), 3+ years inside sales experience.

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent
