Inside Sales / Business Development Responsibilities

  • Cool multiple sales opportunities and account management activities
  • Source new sales opportunities thru cold calls and inbound lead follow-up using "Hubspot" CRM software
  • Understand customer requirements
  • Qualify prospects to determine sales potential
  • Actively participate and develop new accounts, generate sales quotes and handle customer inquiries
  • Build rapport with prospects and customers to generate new and retain existing business
  • Negotiate pricing & follow up on potential new and existing orders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong Phone and listening skills
  • Attention to details
  • Proven sales experience
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Compensation Range

$65,000-$100,000 (salary, commission and bonus)
