About the role

Join Gallagher Security Americas as an Inside Sales / Quotation Specialist and help our channel partners deliver the right security solutions to their customers. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, engineering, procurement, third-party partners, and channel partners to keep quotation activity accurate, responsive, and aligned to customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate system estimates, quotes, and supporting documentation for channel partners and sales teams
  • Support partners with pricing, product configurations, lead times, and quote updates throughout the sales cycle
  • Work with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and third-party partner teams to confirm solution and pricing accuracy
  • Maintain quote records and partner interactions using CRM, Excel, and quotation systems
  • Help improve quoting processes, documentation, tools, and partner enablement resources

Requirements

  • You are organized, accurate, and customer-focused, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities, follow up on details, and communicate clearly with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • You Bring 1 - 3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, quotations, estimating, customer service, channel operations, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting B2B customers, channel partners, distributors, dealers, or sales teams is highly desirable.
  • Experience using CRM, ERP, quotation management systems, Excel, or similar business tools.
  • A strong attention to detail, follow-through, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach and commitment to excellent partner support.

Qualifications

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You have 1 - 3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, quotations, estimating, customer service, channel operations, sales operations, or a related role.

Pay

Competitive salary based on experience.

Schedule

Based in Canton, this role will be onsite to start while training is completed, with potential to move to a hybrid working arrangement later.
