About the role
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing a defined portfolio of house accounts. The role focuses on proactively developing existing customer relationships, identifying additional growth potential through cross-selling of ELPRO products and services, and handling new incoming transactional business.
Responsibilities
- Takes direct responsibility for the assigned house accounts
- Creates an overall strategy for the development and growth of assigned accounts
- Develops and maintains strong customer relationships within the assigned account base
- Understands customer processes, applications, and purchasing workflows
- Identifies additional growth potential by cross-selling ELPRO products and services
- Creates, manages, and reports on opportunities in the CRM/ERP system with a high level of accuracy
- Ensures accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency for assigned accounts
- Handles incoming transactional sales inquiries, quotations, and follow-up activities
- Collaborates with Territory Sales Managers when accounts become project-driven or exceed defined thresholds
Qualifications

Requirements
- Experience in Sales, very good communication skills and style (verbal and in writing)
- Contracts and contract negotiation
Skills

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Effective virtual communication skills
