About the role

The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing a defined portfolio of house accounts. The role focuses on proactively developing existing customer relationships, identifying additional growth potential through cross-selling of ELPRO products and services, and handling new incoming transactional business.

Responsibilities

  • Takes direct responsibility for the assigned house accounts
  • Creates an overall strategy for the development and growth of assigned accounts
  • Develops and maintains strong customer relationships within the assigned account base
  • Understands customer processes, applications, and purchasing workflows
  • Identifies additional growth potential by cross-selling ELPRO products and services
  • Creates, manages, and reports on opportunities in the CRM/ERP system with a high level of accuracy
  • Ensures accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency for assigned accounts
  • Handles incoming transactional sales inquiries, quotations, and follow-up activities
  • Collaborates with Territory Sales Managers when accounts become project-driven or exceed defined thresholds

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales, very good communication skills and style (verbal and in writing)
  • Contracts and contract negotiation

Skills

  • Structured account management and selling approach
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Effective virtual communication skills
