Inside Sales Account Executive - Credit Unions

About the role

This client-facing, sales position focuses on the Credit Union client-base and involves developing and growing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and executing sales opportunities across Equifax Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of credit union clients
  • Foster trust and strengthen the business relationship by understanding their needs and expanding their reliance on Equifax as a trusted advisor
  • Drive revenue and sales strategy
  • Define and execute sales strategies that deliver profitable growth
  • Identify, manage, and close new opportunities
  • Engage with clients to learn their business, anticipate their needs, and position the optimal solutions
  • Develop strong working relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to align our solutions with their business goals
  • Orchestrate and execute the sales process
  • Lead account strategy and planning with cross-functional teams
  • Leverage Equifax's resources to move opportunities forward
  • Manage contracting, conduct business reviews, and drive strong pipeline development and sales execution
  • Partner internally
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally
  • Collaborate with colleagues within IES and across different departments to ensure a smooth, end-to-end client experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Selling complex solution suites, B2B sales strongly preferred
  • Sales technology proficiencies in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gainsight, Google Suite, etc.
  • Experience selling into and/or working for Credit Unions preferred

Qualifications

  • Experience managing and growing a large book of clients across multiple functions and geographies in a matrixed environment
  • Experience selling multiple complex products/solutions
  • Industry knowledge within credit, risk, financial services or data
  • Demonstration of a teachable mentality and eagerness to learn, grow and develop as a sales professional
  • Prior employment in a highly-matrixed, corporate environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in sales technologies such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gainsight, Google Suite, etc.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

A hybrid work schedule (Monday-Wednesday in office)

Office locations: Midtown location in the One Atlantic Center building or Alpharetta office
