About the role

L&M Corrugated is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to support customer growth, develop new business opportunities, and provide exceptional service to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is interested in building a long-term career in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Support Outside Sales Account Executives with customer communication and account management
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers and prospective clients
  • Following up on customer visits and identifying additional opportunities to support customer needs
  • Aiding with quotes, proposals, and sales-related administrative activities
  • Generating new business opportunities through marketing efforts and social media outreach
  • Coordinating customer meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities
  • Building strong relationships with customers and serving as a trusted resource
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

  • Customer service, inside sales, account management, or business development experience preferred
  • Experience with cold calling, prospecting, or upselling is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
