About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of high-performance power conversion systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Participate in the testing and validation of new product features
  • Support the implementation of new processes and tools to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in power electronics or related fields
  • Experience with circuit analysis, simulation, and modeling tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of power electronics, converter design, and control systems
  • Experience with MATLAB, Python, or similar programming languages
  • Understanding of renewable energy systems and their integration into the grid
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in power electronics and control systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
