Inplant Manager - Liquid Ink

Job Description

• Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink
• Making ink batches under 100 lbs
• Conducting Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches
• Inventory management and monthly consignment counts
• Maintaining customer satisfaction through superior service
• Maintaining good relations with customers
• Directing, coordinating, and planning activities of INX Inplant Technicians
• Communicating and training INX Inplant Technicians on operational procedures
• Providing continued operational support and conducting inplant quality audits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and math skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
• 2 to 5 years in the ink industry, plus 1 to 3 years supervisory experience
• Experience performing technical service
• Ability to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
• Experience manufacturing batches of ink under 100 lbs
• Experience conducting Quality Control tests on ink batches
• Experience with inventory management, record-keeping, and housekeeping
