Inplant Ink room Manager

About the role

We are seeking an In-plant Ink Room Manager to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer, blending technical service, color matching, ink production, and inventory management to maintain INX's excellent relationship with the customer.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical service, color matching, ink production, and ink dispensing
• Manufacture batches of ink under 150 lbs
• Perform Quality Control tests on site-manufactured batches
• Manage inventory and conduct monthly consignment counts
• Maintain INX's excellent relationship with the customer through superior service

Requirements

• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Ability to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
• Excellent customer service skills
• 2 to 5 years of industry-related experience
• Strong communication skills with peers and customers
• Excellent written, reading comprehension, and math skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Good organization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous lab, in-plant, and warehouse experience
• SAP knowledge
• College degree
• Previous experience within the Ink Industry
