Job Description
- Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink
- Making ink batches under 100 lbs.
- Conducting Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches
- Maintaining inventory and performing monthly consignment counts
- Maintaining a positive relationship with the customer through superior service
Qualifications
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Effective color matching and passing a color vision test
- Excellent customer service skills
- Industry-related experience of 2 to 5 years
- Effective communication with peers and customers
- Proficient in written, reading comprehension, and math skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Good organizational skills
Plus if you have
- Previous lab, inplant, and warehouse experience
- SAP Knowledge
- Customer service skills
- College degree
- Previous experience within the Ink Industry
Pay
USD 59000 - USD 74000 - yearly
