About the Role

Provides direct patient care in an 18-bed inpatient surgical unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient- and family-centered care, ensuring safe, quality, and compliant practices. Develops individualized care plans collaboratively, communicates effectively across care teams, and evaluates physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and barriers. Utilizes critical nursing skills and adheres to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree (required)
• RN licensure (required)
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
