Job Summary
About the role
Mentor project management subordinates to ensure team maturity.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project scope and costs are agreed upon by stakeholders
- Coordinate business requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder approval
- Prepare project plan(s) and implementation schedule(s)
- Conduct internal and vendor inquiries for technology or information systems development
- Coordinate RFI/RFPs with third parties and project and internal IT procurement team
- Provide regular report updates to stakeholders and project sponsors
- Actively solve problems and implement alternative solutions
- Manage change control processes and oversee project execution
- Maintain relationships with customers and vendors
- Adhere to IT and department policies, processes, and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience, or Masters + 3 years of related experience, or PhD without experience
Qualifications
- Experience in project management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects
- Knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge®

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm
