About the role

A local manufacturing company that engineers, fabricates, and constructs equipment for the farming and logging industry is looking to hire an Industrial Painter Lead. The company has been in business for 45 years and proudly buys and makes all its products in the United States. They handle the complete process, from taking in material to performing CNC machining, welding, and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Use sprayers and other paint application devices in a paint booth with attention to detail and meticulous work.
• Direct the Sandblasting crew.
• Fill in for sandblasters when they are unable to work.

Requirements

• Experience with industrial painting methods.
• Great attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay

$24–$30 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM.
