Responsibilities
- Surface preparation:
- Cleaning, sanding and removing old paint from surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.
- Paint mixing:
- Accurately mixing paints and coatings according to specifications to achieve the desired color and consistency.
- Paint application:
- Applying paint using various methods including brush, roller, and spray gun depending on the surface and project requirements.
- Quality control:
- Inspecting painted surfaces for defects and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Safety procedures:
- Adhering to safety protocols including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and working in well-ventilated areas.
- Technical knowledge:
- Understanding different painting types, their properties, and application methods.
- Attention to detail:
- Ability to achieve a consistent and high-quality finish.
- Problem-solving skills:
- Identifying and resolving issues during the painting process.
- Safety awareness:
- Commitment to following safety regulations and procedures.

Pay
Hourly rate: $20-$22/hour 40 hours per week
Schedule
Full-Time: Hours from 7:45 am to 4:15 pm. Onsite Monday through Friday
