About the role

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers
Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
Apply paint using various methods such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in industrial painting or a related field
• Familiarity with warehouse operations
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and maintenance
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
• Experience with auto body repair techniques is beneficial
• Ability to operate a forklift for material handling tasks
• Skill in assembling components after painting processes
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate work
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
