Role Summary
Provide individualized support to youth in home and community settings. Implement Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies and skill acquisition plans. Support development of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Behavioral Needs.
Role Focus: Direct hands-on support under supervision.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. 3 years supervised experience implementing behavior support plans and teaching ADL/IADL skills. Must be authorized to work in the US, serve youth meeting NJ ISS eligibility criteria, have a valid NJ driver's license, and pass all state and federal background checks.

Active listening and emotional intelligence. Patience, compassion, and empathy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to implement structured plans with flexibility. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with evidence-based practices for individuals with I/DD. Strong engagement and behavioral redirection skills.

Pay Range: $18 - $21 per hour.
