Role Focus
Direct implementation of ISS interventions and caregiver collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, social work, human services, or related field
- ≥ 1 year supervised experience implementing behavior support plans and teaching ADL/IADL skills

Qualifications (All Levels)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must serve youth who meet NJ ISS eligibility criteria (CSOC/DDD eligible, NJ residents)
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must pass all state and federal background checks
- Pre-employment, post-conditional job offer drug screen required
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged to apply
