• Minimum Qualifications

  High School Diploma or GED, 3 years supervised experience implementing behavior support plans and teaching ADL/IADL skills

• Qualifications (All Levels)

  Authorized to work in the U.S., must serve youth who meet NJ ISS eligibility criteria, valid New Jersey Driver’s License and reliable transportation, must pass all state and federal background checks, pre-employment, post-conditional job offer drug screen required, bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

• Skills

  Active listening and emotional intelligence, patience, compassion, and empathy, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to implement structured plans with flexibility, organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, familiarity with evidence-based practices for individuals with I/DD, strong engagement and behavioral redirection skills
