Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced desktop and help desk support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain PCs and enterprise devices while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
- Administer and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments, along with Microsoft 365 applications and related productivity tools.
- Build, manage, and deploy system images using modern provisioning and endpoint deployment solutions, including tools such as Autopilot.
- Use PowerShell to automate routine support activities, assist with software deployment, and address system remediation needs.
- Support Active Directory tasks such as user account assistance, access updates, and device-related administration.
- Track incidents and service requests through help desk and problem management platforms, maintaining accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to troubleshoot escalated technical issues and improve workstation performance and support processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- At least five years of experience in an IT support, desktop support, or similar technical support position.
- Strong knowledge of PC setup, network configuration, and technical troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft products, and Microsoft 365.
- Background in endpoint configuration, device compliance management, and application deployment practices.
- Proficiency with imaging and deployment technologies, as well as PowerShell scripting for automation and support tasks.
- CompTIA A+ certification is required.
- CompTIA Security+ certification is required or currently in progress; Microsoft MD-102 certification is preferred.
