About the role
The Marketing Development Representatives (MDRs) play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging with prospective customers, driving the initial sales process, and ensuring a smooth transition to Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Source and convert inbound opportunities into qualified leads.
- Strategic Engagement: Engage and build rapport with prospects to maintain and progress their accounts.
- Meeting Conversion: Book product demonstrations and secure partnerships with potential customers.
- Value Communication: Clearly communicate the product's value and areas of opportunity to prospects.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Pay
Good faith hourly rate estimates for this role:
- Zone 1: $28.85 USD (Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA)
- Zone 2: $26.93 USD (Applicable for: All other US locations)
