Inbound Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
- Educate & qualify marketing-driven leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Master the ability to evangelize the Podium story
- Align Podium solutions with prospect business objectives & needs
- Collaborate with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings and demos
- Proactively keep abreast of the industry and technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
- Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong networking and relationship building ability
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment
- Exceptional at staying organized and prioritizing tasks
- Self-starter willing to wear multiple hats
Qualifications
- Experience in sales development or similar role
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of CRM systems

$40k Base with a 50k OTE (On-Target Earnings)
