Inbound SDR
Own the inbound pipeline: respond to leads quickly (on hourly and daily cadences), reach out, ask the right questions, and qualify & schedule with precision.
Research accounts before every conversation - understand the company, the industry, and where AI fits into their world.
Use our CRM and sales tools fluently: log everything, keep data clean, and surface insights that help the team.
Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a smooth, informed handoff every time.
Spot patterns in inbound traffic and share what you're seeing with marketing and sales leadership.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an inbound SDR or similar sales development role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Systems fluency: pick up new tools quickly, keep your CRM spotless, and know how to find information without being told where to look
- A genuine interest in the problems our customers face - banking, insurance, and logistics operations are not trivial, and the right person finds that interesting, not intimidating
- Strong organizational instincts: manage multiple leads at different stages without dropping threads
- Comfort working independently and across time zones, with the discipline to cover both US and EU hours reliably
Qualifications
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or agentic AI
- Experience with HubSpot or other sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)
- Nice to have: Interest in agentic AI, workflow automation, or enterprise process transformation
