Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations to children on the autism spectrum
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with parents and other healthcare professionals
  • Demonstrate expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis and treatment
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress and treatment plans
  • Participate in team meetings and staff development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements

  • NC licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA therapy and autism evaluations
  • Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis and treatment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • NC state certification in BACB
