Responsibilities
- Provide in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations to children on the autism spectrum
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with parents and other healthcare professionals
- Demonstrate expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis and treatment
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress and treatment plans
- Participate in team meetings and staff development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
- NC licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA therapy and autism evaluations
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis and treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- NC state certification in BACB
