Job Summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a highly qualified BCBA to join our team in Goldsboro, North Carolina. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing in-person ABA therapy and autism evaluations to children on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive autism evaluations and provide personalized ABA therapy plans for clients
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Implement and teach behavioral interventions to clients and their families
• Monitor and record client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Communicate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless transition of care
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA certification required)
• Valid NC LBA certification
• Experience in providing ABA therapy and conducting autism evaluations
