Job Summary
Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a highly qualified BCBA to join our team in Goldsboro, North Carolina. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing in-person ABA therapy and autism evaluations to children on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive autism evaluations and provide personalized ABA therapy plans for clients
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Implement and teach behavioral interventions to clients and their families
- Monitor and record client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Communicate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless transition of care
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA certification required)
- Valid NC LBA certification
- Experience in providing ABA therapy and conducting autism evaluations
