Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
• Respond promptly to phone, email, text, and chat inquiries
• Maintain accurate CRM notes
• Meet daily performance goals
• Learn and promote dealership services and programs, including outbound phone calls
