Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate service appointments
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding recommended maintenance, declined services, recalls, and upcoming service needs
- Follow up with missed appointments and help retain service customers
- Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to achieve department goals
- Maintain accurate customer information using CRM and dealership management software
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and manufacturer service campaigns
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and positive customer experience on every interaction
Qualifications
- Customer service, BDC, call center, receptionist, or appointment scheduling experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable learning and using CRM and scheduling software
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented
- Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
