Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate service appointments
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding recommended maintenance, declined services, recalls, and upcoming service needs
  • Follow up with missed appointments and help retain service customers
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to achieve department goals
  • Maintain accurate customer information using CRM and dealership management software
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and manufacturer service campaigns
  • Deliver a friendly, professional, and positive customer experience on every interaction

Qualifications

  • Customer service, BDC, call center, receptionist, or appointment scheduling experience preferred
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM and scheduling software
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
