In-Person BCBA with VA Licensure
About the role
Develop and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals, in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, promoting communication, social, and behavioral skills.
Conduct autism evaluations to assess cognitive, social, and adaptive functioning, and provide diagnostic recommendations.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, progress, and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices, research, and industry advancements.
Requirements
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- VA licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
