In-Person BCBA with VA Licensure Required
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-Person BCBA to join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy in Harrisonburg, Virginia. As a BCBA with VA licensure, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional behavioral services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Responsibilities
- Provide in-home ABA therapy services to children with ASD, utilizing evidence-based methods and creating individualized treatment plans
- Conduct behavioral assessments, develop behavioral intervention plans, and implement treatment strategies to address specific goals
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and behavioral data
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new program initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and research in the field of ABA
Requirements
- VA licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
