Job Summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy, a leading provider of in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated In-Person BCBA (NC LBA Required) to join our team in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized treatment plans and monitoring progress
• Conduct autism evaluations for children aged 0-21, including assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ABA principles and techniques, staying up-to-date on best practices and research

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
• NC LBA certification
