About the role
As an In-Person BCBA with Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will be responsible for providing in-home ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home ABA therapy services to children with ASD, utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches and strategies
- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify strengths, needs, and goals for each client
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating family-centered care and consultation with team members
- Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and implementation of treatment plans
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to agency and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field (BCBA certification required)
- North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification
- Experience working with children with ASD, preferably in-home ABA therapy setting
