In-Market Sales Representative – Full Cycle Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess and develop relationships with local businesses, brands, and organizations
  • Generate new advertising and sponsorship opportunities through prospecting and outreach
  • Present customized marketing, advertising, and promotional solutions aligned with client goals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, marketing teams, and community partners
  • Develop proposals, pricing packages, and campaign recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal creative, editorial, and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer communications in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Attend networking events, local business functions, and community activities to generate leads
  • Represent the Motif RI brand professionally within the local market

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous sales, media sales, advertising, marketing, or business development experience preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Self-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable with prospecting and face-to-face client interactions
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred
