Matching caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, location, and care needs. Managing call-offs, last-minute schedule changes, and emergency staffing. Communicating professionally with caregivers, clients, and family members regarding scheduling updates. Monitoring daily schedules to ensure all shifts are filled and visits are completed. Maintaining accurate scheduling records, documentation, and timekeeping. Working closely with office staff to resolve scheduling challenges and improve staffing efficiency. Building positive relationships with caregivers while supporting client satisfaction. Participating in an on-call rotation as needed. What We're Looking For Healthcare experience is required. Candidates without prior healthcare scheduling experience will not be considered. The ideal candidate has: At least with scheduling experience in home care, home health, hospice, assisted living, skilled nursing, or another healthcare setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to think quickly, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure. Experience using scheduling software and Microsoft Office. A positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset. The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative office environment.
