Responsibilities

  • Schedule and communicate with clients about appointments, including reminders and changes.
  • Manage the master schedule with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Greet clients and manage check-ins.
  • Aid in onboarding and training schedules.
  • Organize electronic health records (HIPAA-compliant).
  • Assist with billing inquiries and data entry.
  • Support general office tasks such as filing and managing supplies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of scheduling or clerical experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively.
