In House Marketing Supervisor
Job Summary
Aids the In-House Marketing Manager in managing the In-House Marketing Team. Assists in interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, developing, and managing the performance of team members. Coordinates with sales management and sales regarding tour seat availability and marketing programs.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Direct supervision of In-House Marketing staff: interview, hire, and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward, and provide disciplinary action when necessary (termination and conflict resolution).
Maintain total site marketing penetration standards set by management. Run daily reports including Daily Arrival Report, Daily In-House Report, Owner Arrival report. Prepare daily and weekly status reports including Show factors and Penetration rates, submitted in a timely manner for corporate deadlines. Prepare additional reports as needed.
Cook with In-House and Front Line sales management regarding tour seats available and potential tour flow. Coordinate with sales regarding new/changes in marketing programs (booking/gifting policies).
Maintain copies of invitations and daily tour manifests for reference. Resolve issues pertaining to tour statuses, bookings, coding, etc. Order and maintain departmental supplies (collateral material, uniforms, etc.).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Two (2) years marketing experience required, primarily in vacation ownership industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor at all times.
Ability to coach, counsel, and motivate direct reports; exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task; negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of marketing databases; recruitment, training, and development abilities.
Detail-oriented and accurate; ability to follow organizational policies and applicable laws.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability; technical skills in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company systems.
