About the role
Join a compassionate homecare team as a Registered Nurse (RN), providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes with a focus on adult clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and document nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
- Assess patient condition continuously and report changes promptly.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.
- Ensure infection control and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and document all activities accurately.
Qualifications And Skills Required
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the practice state.
- Current CPR certification; TB test within last 12 months.
- Six months of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in English and ability to operate in diverse environments.
- Physical ability to perform patient repositioning and respond to emergencies.
